Exceptional food. Amazing flavors. Great execution.

We got the chef's counter experience. We were seated at a counter on high chairs looking into the kitchen as they were preparing the food for the restaurant. They worked as a well oiled machine. Tue Chef/Owner was there working at the pass finishing dishes. He helped to serve us and explain the dishes. The food was excellent. There were different textural elements along with complimentary and contrasting flavors. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We got the optional wine paring with it, and unfortunately, the waitress that was serving our drinks was a little slow at one point and we didn't get the wine that was intended to go with a dish until after that course. Fortunately, it was a reisling so sipping on it between courses was enjoyable. Overall it was a stellar experience that I would definitely recommend amd I will definitely be going back to Bloom.

Wonderful experience as always! From the ambiance to the food to the service... we love this place and everything it represents.

Hummus wa excellent. Spaghetti squash lasagna was delicious. My husband enjoyed his burger Flourless chocolate cake with vegan ice cream- very yummy!! Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

Food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be dining here again
