They will make every effort to accommodate diner's requirements for seating and other needs. On this occasion, my guest was delayed well past our booking time; despite the restaurant being fully booked, the OP graciously accommodated us.

I want to thank all the Ivy staff for their warmth and kindness. It truly is the best place to celebrate a long anniversary or a special event. Everyone was incredibly professional and amazing, and the atmosphere was simply stunning. The afternoon tea was an incredible experience—every piece was exquisite and tasted absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s absolutely fantastic!

A busy lunchtime with a wonderful atmosphere and great service - friendly, efficient and fun. Great choice on the nenu and specials board and great value set lunch menu. Very reasonably priced. No wonder it’s so popular.
