The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. Splendid affair as usual, popped in for a couple. Ended up having a load of bar snacks and watched the cricket which they very kindly put on. Ale was spot on which is impressive at a quiet time of the year. Bound to return (again)

What a gem of a find! Tucked away in Hatton Garden, we went for a pre-event birthday lunch and was more than pleasantly surprised. The food was good but it was the staff that made it standout. They were really friendly and very accommodating and it made the whole experience really special and memorable. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
