Josef Sheekey betrieb ursprünglich einen Stand mit Meeresfrüchten. 1896 eröffnete er am St. Martin's Court eine Austernbar. Das Restaurant wurde 1998 in seinem früheren Glanz restauriert. My friends and I had a wonderful night celebrating by birthday at Pasero. The staff were great all night and helpful with catering for dietary requirements. The food was excellent and we enjoyed having the feasting menu rather than having to choose our plates! On the pricier end once you add drinks, but this is a great local business and great all-round experience so worth it.

The food was amazing, staff were friendly. Portions are quite small, but at their price point, it is feasible to order 1.5-2 dishes each and share, which is lovely. The cauliflower dish is absolutely amazing.
