Im 34 Mayfair werden schottisches, dry-aged und mit Gras gefüttertes Rind, australisches Wagyu-Rind und bestes amerikanisches, mit Mais gefüttertes Rind von der Creekstone Farm verwendet. Am Wochenende findet ein Brunch statt. Sie genießen ein Hummer-Thermidor-Omelett, Krabben- & gegrillte Spargel-Frittata sowie Buttermilchpfannkuchen, Räucherschinken und Ahornsirup. Die Bar, wo Sie speisen können oder einen Aperitif einnehmen, erhielt bereits zahlreiche Auszeichnungen. Außerdem erleben Sie hier jeden Abend Live-Klaviermusik sowie samstags und sonntags ein Jazz-Trio.
