Darling’s is a fresh pasta eatery in East London. Overlooking Olympic Park, the eatery is a hidden gem in Fish Island where the industrial and creative spaces converge. Egle Loit, a trained pasta chef, has previously popped up mostly around East and North London, creating a buzz with her pre-restaurant residency at Vestry House Museum in 2023.Founder of Darling’s cares dearly about the craft that fresh pasta making requires. “One can turn humble ingredients into abundance with skill,” shares the restaurateur. Darling’s is designed to be an open space to be shared between the guests and the team, therefore there are no barriers between the service area and the dining area. Best regional Italian dishes we have tasted outside of Italy. Honest cuisine. Delicious unusual wines. A real find, amazing to think of it as a works canteen in Bow. Great atmosphere and service. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the food, cocktails and cakes. The service was a bit slow as in not asking if we wanted a drink or the bill for a very long time! But we got our food quickly so didn’t take away from the experience. I’ll definitely be back
