Am Wochenende findet ein Brunch statt. Sie genießen ein Hummer-Thermidor-Omelett, Krabben- & gegrillte Spargel-Frittata sowie Buttermilchpfannkuchen, Räucherschinken und Ahornsirup. Die Bar, wo Sie speisen können oder einen Aperitif einnehmen, erhielt bereits zahlreiche Auszeichnungen.
