Delicious food and attentive but not badgering or pushy. Took our coats on entry and made us feel warm and welcome. Also accommodating to our specific requests for tables. There is only a single vegetarian option (no vegan) but the one that was on offer was fantastic. Perhaps another option would be appreciated though!

Amazing 5⭐️service indeed. I was served by a young lady whom was so patience as I waited for my friend, (12h00)She kept on reassuring me that it’s okay to wait and I shouldn’t worry. (2 black ladies) She also made a comment that she didn’t know it was so relevant to me at the time. I lost my brother in December 2024, another one in 2023 totalling my lost siblings to 5! So, she said to me, ‘just relax and spend this time to enjoy yourself’ This was so profound as I had not gotten those simple words that yet meant so much to me. The Asian Floor manager was very attentive also. Thank you The Ivy Team.

The meal was exquisite. The ambiance was ideal, and the addition of the lovely Christmas decorations created a truly magical atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend this establishment and will certainly return.
