Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. A really good night out. The karaoke was a lot of fun. Although a lot of the song choice was limited because it had to go through an app. I haven't seen that before at a karaoke gig. But then, I don't get out very often these days! Considering where the bar is, right in the City of London, I thought the prices were very reasonable and the staff were friendly and we had a lot of fun...

First time i have been to sYp and given the time of year and being a lunch time, the Pizza were served really quickly and very tasty - Staff were great and always on hand.. I will be back - thank you
