Seit der Ersteröffnung von Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink im Design District von Miami im Frühling 2007 wissen die Gäste die erfrischende Kombination aus ungezwungendem Ambiente und köstlichen Speisen zu schätzen. Es handelt sich um ein Stadtteil-Bistro, das genau die Art von Küche anbiete, die der Koch und Besitzer Michael Schwarz perfektioniert hat: hausgemachte, einfache, köstliche Speisen mit einem Fokus auf herausragende Zutaten aus örtlicher Erzeugung. Das Restaurant ist täglich geöffnet und serviert Mittagessen, Nachmittagsspeisen, Abendessen und Brunch. Der Hauptspeisesaal und der Innenhof bieten Platz für 100 Personen. Im Bereich der "The Bar" finden 16 Personen Platz und 24 weitere Personen in der Willkommensbar. Hier werden Nachmittagsspeisen serviert, darunter eine Rohkostbar von 15:00 bis 17:30 Uhr, die von Montag bis Samstag angeboten wird.
