Ihr Tisch wird lebendig, wenn das große und vielseitige Angebot auf den Tellern und in den Schüsseln griffbereit vor Ihnen steht. Ein klassisches italienisches „Pranzo" (Mittagessen) besteht in der Regel aus einer Vielfalt von Antipasti (warmen und kalten Vorspeisen), gefolgt von 1 oder 2 „Primi" (Erste Gänge, normalerweise ein warmes Pasta- oder Risotto-Gericht, Gnocchi oder Zuppa).
