We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Taline. From the delicious and creative cocktails to the truly authentic dishes, that were a feast for the eyes as well as the flavours. We shared many dishes, including the veal shank, which was amazing! Definitely recommended.

Excellent food, ambience was nice, attentiveness of servers was great. Pricey, but I would come back brunch for 3 people with 2 apps, 3 main dishes and 2 cocktails came out to roughly $200 before gratuity. Planning on coming back here to try their dinner menu.

It’s always a treat to eat at Levant. The hummus is so creamy and delicious. The side arugula salad was a lovely surprise. I was expecting a simple bowl of arugula in a light vinaigrette, but it came topped with goat cheese, grilled cauliflower and pita chips with a tasty dressing. Fantastic! But it’s the (not pizza) that keep us coming back! We love all the flavors, and always order extra for reheating at home the next day.

We had the sharing menu which offered a number of dips, hot and cold appetizers, main and dessert. Loads of food for our group and a perfect mix. Our server was lovely as well as the host. Very attentive and helpful. Only issue was that they were sold out of some of the wine we wanted but we understand that to be a supplier issue. Overall I would definitely return. And plan to try their Oakville location also!

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurants my wife and I have been to in the city, and easily one of our favourites regardless of cuisine. We've been here so many times over that we've tried almost their entire menu. While we love a lot of the dishes, easy standouts are: -Appetizers: Baba Ganoush and Muhammara. Both have strong yet nuanced flavours. - Mains: Shish Taouk, Beef Cubes and Kashkash Kabab. These dishes have plates full of tasty and juicy meat (chicken or beef), buttery veggies, springy rice, and garlicky pita bread. - Desserts: Arabic Icecream and Dubai Chocolate Cake. Both are unique flavours with interesting textures. The icecream is sticky fun, the dubai chocolate is sinful indulgence. Vibe is relaxed, interior is sleek, prices are reasonable (especially for the good portion sizes), and the service is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!
