Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Teddy was fabulous! Service, food, decor & ambience all on point. We were a group & got a room to ourselves which made it even better. Finally, the service is some of the best I've had in Sydney.

Angelos has changed over 25 years when I first went their . The time of day mid week the place was 90% setup for a function so it didn’t have the feel of being in cosy restaurant like it used to be. However if the place was fitted out for normal seating then it would have a different atmosphere. I guess I just turned up on the wrong day. Definitely is a great place to hold a function but the room is not separated between function and normal dining.

I’ve been going to Encasa for years. It’s consistently great food and equally great friendly service. The garlic prawns are a speciality.

Wonderful dinner prepared and serviced by a group of amazing students. All the food was amazing, especially the sirloin beef and the coconut crème brûlée.
