A NT$300 deposit per person is required for weekend reservations. • Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within this time, your booking will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you encounter any unexpected situations, please call us in advance. • Please complete the payment via credit card or bank transfer within three days upon receiving the online payment notification to secure your reservation. If the payment is not completed within this period, the reservation may be canceled at our discretion. • If you cancel within three days of the reservation, fail to arrive on the day, or do not have your full party present due to tardiness, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refunding the deposit.
