Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street, London in 2004. In 2007, Hamish Brown became the Head Chef of ROKA Charlotte Street. At ROKA, he has developed the restaurant’s authentic but contemporary menu, fusing his knowledge of Japanese ingredients with his love of quality, seasonal British produce.
