We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest.
