This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors. Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks.     Bistro Ete never disappoints. Hosts Chef Arie and Liz set the tone for their friendly and attentive staff. Started off with a Cucumber Cosmo and a delicious 2014 Margaux from Bordeaux. Shared 3 appetizers, Brussel sprouts w/grilled halloumi, Truffle grilled cheese and escargot Everything was delicious and the plates were wiped clean. Entrees were Sea Bass with Truffle sauce and roasted pork loin. Finished off the meal with Chef Arie’s homemade ice cream. Bistro Ete has a loyal following both on and off season so reservations are a must. Our go to restaurant whenever out East!

    Service and atmosphere were wonderful! Food was incredible as usual. Had two dips, a salad, saganaki (perfection!), zucchini chips (excellent!), and delicious branzino and potatoes. A fantastic evening, we will be back.

    The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Everything we ordered was tasty and satisfying. The space around the table was a little tight. It has an adult vibe but I saw no reason why well-behaved children wouldn't be welcome. Excellent place to go for a good meal and great service at reasonable prices.
