Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. We are regulars and so are a lot of other people. The food is high quality and service is excellent. We have known the family have been running it for so long, it’s like having dinner among old friends. The place was packed the night we were there last and there was live music and that is why I rated noise level a little high on this review. I recommend making reservations if going for dinner. Lunch usually isn’t as busy.

This restaurant is awesome. The food is delicious, music is great, service was so top notch and our waitress Candice (and didn’t catch the other young lady’s name with the braids) were both super wonderful. This is my second time visiting and enjoyed both times, and there was no wait. Will certainly keep coming.
