Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there.     The meals where perfectly timed and the service was top notch. Food tasted so good. They had this very romantic menu and environment. We will be returning for future date nights. We will also be considering them for catering. Our wedding coming up.

    A Wonderful Holiday Tradition at Cascadia This was our second time dining at Cascadia during Christmas, with the first visit being last year during the same festive season. Once again, the experience was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a great variety of flavors and exceptional quality. It’s clear that the team puts care and thought into every dish. The festive atmosphere added a warm and cheerful touch, making it a perfect spot for a holiday meal. Cascadia has now become a special part of our Christmas celebrations, and we look forward to returning again next year. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience, especially during the holidays!
