Die Fische werden täglich frisch geliefert und es gibt auch exotische Zutaten aus der ganzen Welt. Die urban-industrielle Angel-Lodge wurde aus recycelten Baumaterialien aus der Region von Dovetail Construction and Marian Built gebaut. Die Tische wurden aus vom Borkenkäfer befallenen Pinienholz gefertigt, und auch für die alten Werkzeuge des Bauernhofs wurde eine neue Verwendung gefunden. Das Restaurant umfasst einen Hauptspeisesaal, eine umwerfende Bar, eine große moderne Terrasse, einen Loft in der obersten Etage und einen privaten Speisesaal.
