Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. As always fish tacos were delicious but portion with toppings continue to get less and less. Price goes up, portions go down!

Excellent customer service! Thank you server, Bar Am A, and Manager, Drew! We ordered Apple Cinnamon French Toast, Salmon Benedict, Abby Poark Platter, and Short Rib Poutine. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. The moment we walk in we greeted and all staff was wonderful.

Amazing service. Busy, but tables were turned over quickly. Our reservation was at 8:30 and we were seated before 8:40. It was so so so worth it. It is clear they value customer experience. The host and manager clearly cared a lot about us and how we were doing and it was great. The menu is small but there wasn’t anything I wouldn’t try. The flavor is dialed all the way up! The food was fresh and delicious. Excellent gelato. Clean bathrooms. Can’t wait to go back soon!
