Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. Pleasantly surprised by the selection and style of this restaurant. It's part of a hotel, so don't walk the extra distance looking for a street-level entrance like we did. Friendly staff and not a long wait for food and drinks, as well as tasty food selection. Would definitely recommend a light dinner with cocktails at this spot.

More like a day party with food!! Service was excellent her name was Star she even danced with us!!! DJ was FIRE!! Played old school new school but more imports GOGO why casue we in DC baby!! He called us Aunties tho still mad about that 🤣🤣

Great food options. Drinks were good. The service was excellent. Our waitress was super sweet and the entire staff was very welcoming. I was on a first date and she toasted with us lol. We really enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance was perfect. We went on a Wednesday evening.

The food here was amazing and authentic! The service though, was what set it aside from the rest. The restaurant was extremely accommodating of my large party and requests and checked in with me several times. The brunch is a great deal for the amount of food you receive!
