Our story began in 1973 when Greek Chef Lefteris Lignos from Santorini, moved to Puerto Rico and established Zorba the Greek, the first Greek restaurant on the Island. In 2022, his son Alexander Lignos decided to bring back the culture and the hospitality that characterizes his father’s homeland and opened OPA! Nice place with a great ocean view. Service was slightly slow but otherwise good, server polite and knowledgeable. Shared empandillos Carne appetizer. Very tasty well fried not greasy. Large portion was 3 two would have been plenty. Shares the grouper filet with seafood for a main. Well cooked seafood with a tasty sauce. Sides of rice and beans, and steamed yucca rounded out the meal. Staying at Condado Vanderbilt so a very short walk
