Das 1968 eröffnete Nino's ist seit 1982 im Besitz von Antonio Noviello und wird von ihm betrieben. Der von der Amalfiküste in Süditalien stammende Antonio hat in Monte Carlo gearbeitet und dann in Bermuda, wo er seine Frau Helen kennenlernte, die wiederum aus Atlanta stammt. Nachdem Antonio 1981 nach Atlanta zog, wurde sein Lebenstraum von einem eigenen Restaurant mit dem Kauf des Nino's Wirklichkeit. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren ist Antonio stolz auf seine authentische italienische Küche, die mit frischen importierten Zutaten individuell auf Bestellung zubereitet wird. Sein Ruf, den er sich dank seiner außergewöhnlichen italienischen Gerichte erarbeitet hat, zieht Einheimische an, die immer wieder zurückkehren. Außerdem haben bereits zahlreiche Prominente (siehe unten) vom Nino's gehört und das Restaurant besucht, um sich selbst von der Küche zu überzeugen.
