Wonderful food, good service worth the trip to Collingswood New Jersey

Without question, Buca D'Oro is one of the best restaurants in Philly...and that's saying a lot. The food is authentic Italian, with the first bite sending signals of pure pleasure, and rarely a scrap left on the plate...that's how delicious the food is! The ambiance is classic Italian with beautiful mosaics painted on the walls. A true dining experience that will leave you satisfied!

The food was delicious. We ordered wings, clams, sliders, and a burger. 0 complaints on the food! The environment wasn't exactly what I expected, but that's my fault. I could've done more research. It was pretty loud and it took us 35 minutes to find parking (That is not an exaggeration) . I really only have 2 huge complaints. 1. Our server was awful. She paid no attention to her tables. Her phone got more attention. But at the end of the day, it's her tips that will suffer...or so we thought. Turns out 20% gratuity is added to the bill. We paid our bill and we decided to use the restroom before our walk back to the car. This is where my second complaint starts. 2. We used the bathroom on the main floor. It was a single person restroom with one sink. The sink didn't work! I was told there were 2 bathrooms downstairs, but never checked those. Luckily I had wipes in my purse. I'm not sure why they had the sign up saying "employees must wash hands before returning to work" because they clearly can't in the main floor bathroom. I was pretty shocked.

Tasty food, great service and location, and good value

Our waiter Sutton did an amazing job tending to us!!! Thanks Sutton!!! The food was hot and fresh! The drinks were good!!!
