Delicious dining experience. Many of the dishes we tried had a unique flavor profile and a refreshing take on western Mediterranean food. The dishes we tried (ordered by most memorable first): Mushrooms, Waygu Steak Skewer, Whipped Ricotta, Spicy Tuna Crudo, Gnocchi & Lamb. All dishes were worth ordering. The service was acceptable. Despite having a reservation, we sat for almost 10 minutes before being greeted. Throughout the meal, the service was slow. Additionally, all of our plates came out at the same time and there wasn’t room at the table. Having them come out staggered would have been nice. The server spurted specials and details very fast without any introduction so it was difficult to follow what he was telling us. He was polite, yet the service was lacking. Worth going back for the diverse menu

We sat at the bar and had a great experience. The server introduced himself and told us he was new to restaurant. He was attentive and personable. The food was served promptly and was delicious. Will highly suggest the Flour Shop.

This restaurant is so good--consistently good. Service is attentive without being cloying, wait time for food is very reasonable. Love the food, daily specials, all the various choices.
