Brunch at Fogo de Chão for Valentine’s weekend was a fantastic experience. The service was warm and attentive, setting the tone for a relaxed meal. The Market Table offered a great selection of fresh salads, cheeses, and cured meats, but the real highlight was the fire-roasted meats. Each cut was cooked to perfection, with the picanha, lamb chops, their chicken standing out. The Brazilian sides, like pão de queijo, crispy polenta, and caramelized bananas, were a great complement.
