Alma offers a tasting menu experience (5 or 9 courses) inspired by the concept of "mar y montana", largely influenced by Chef Juan's childhood memories of central Mexico as well as the couple's time spent on the coastal region of Oaxaca. A family owned business since 1971, Restaurant Di Menna was asimple pizzeria offering delivery service and takeout. The popularity ofthe pizza place was undeniable, and founder Franco Di Mennadecided to expand his business next door: the pizzeria now had adining room. Evolving in the tasteful world of Italian cuisine, Franco DiMenna kept trying new recipes and creating delicious meals.
