Tokyo Wako in Arcadia has presented customers with traditional Japanese table cooking for well over 20 years. If you want a show with your meal, the teppanyaki style used to prepare your food will fit the bill.
Fortunately, Tokyo Wako also has a fantastic menu that won't disappoint. This includes the sauces used for the teppanyaki and sushi, which are all handmade. Try the shrimp tempura, beef sashimi, garlic edamame or the truffle butter edamame. If you like seafood, Tokyo Wako has an amazing deep-friend squid and deep-fried soft shell crab that you'll love. What a beautiful restaurant and hotel! Our server, Rachel, was so sweet. The food was delicious! The restaurant didn't seem that busy, but it did take a bit longer than expected for the food to arrive. Otherwise, it was amazing! We will definitely go back!

Loved our Christmas Eve Dinner at Benihana in Arcadia! There was an unexpected 30-minute wait for our table but it was all good, the place was packed and noisy and fun. I was surprised the meal and presentation seemed identical to what I remember from 20+ years ago - they have a game plan and they are sticking to it! Highly recommended!

My family and I came here to celebrate an early Christmas Eve lunch. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful and really filled the restaurant with the perfect ambiance. We ordered French onion soup, sea bass, prime rib and the rack of lamb. All the food was delicious and left my family with full stomachs. Our host, Johnny, was very attentive and popped in just the right amount to check on us without being intrusive. My family agreed we wouldn't hesitate to come back to celebrate another special occasion.

10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend! We enjoyed an absolutely lovely setting on the terrace with attentive, friendly service. Delicious and beautifully prepared sandwiches and exquisite desserts! We enjoyed the upgraded Huntington Tea which included Prosecco, a lobster roll and a sumptuous little chocolate, cherry dessert. Everything came together beautifully for an absolutely lovely experience. We will definitely return.
