He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. We were told they can't turn people away just bc a table is reserved. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the reservation. We were eventually seated after the 4 parties that were ahead of us.
