Our server was very friendly, but it took forever to get our drinks from the bar initially, and refills were slow as well. Our server said the bar was busy, but we were sitting very close to the bar and noticed the bartender chatting with customers when she could have been filling drink orders. Dez. 2024Mondano is a new restaurant however the staff and management are not new making for an enjoyable experience The chef is innovative and my guess would be that this restaurant is the only FINE DINING restaurant in our area offering vegan options that are at a high level of quality and taste.
