Die dbar, ein ehemaliger ganz in Mahagoni gehaltener Irish Pub alter Schule, wurde in einen hippen Hot Spot umgestaltet. Mit warm leuchtenden Kerzen und langen Lederbänken bietet die dbar eine ungezwungene und angenehme Atmosphäre, die Kundschaft aus Dorchester und der Umgebung anzieht. Das von Küchenchef Christopher Coombs inspirierte, einzigartige und klassische Menü verändert sich mit den Jahreszeiten und umfasst die besten und frischsten Zutaten, die in der gesamten Region New England erhältlich sind. Der größte Teil der Speisekarte ist von französischen Einflüssen geprägt.
