Restaurants in O'Halloran Hill

Stunning location, dining room lacks a little warmth, aesthetically but that is the current fashion. But being a warm night, the a/c seemed to be struggling. And the room may have benefited by a door open if it’s the evaporative kind. Our waiter was attentive, and it turns out, the owner of former restaurant, Hortas. Food was delicious and well presented and they have a good wine list. Recommended for a special dining experience

Reserved table for 6 was tucked in a corner away from main entrance and exit and had a lovely view out over the ocean. All six meals were delivered to our table together, although all different. Food was very good, Staff were very attentive and helpful in every way. Excellent lunchtime - arrived at 12:15 and left at 15:50, all very happy with our experience. Highly recommended.

Great place for brunch. Spiced haloumi is sooo good. the Cativa Smashed was also excellent. The coffee is also smooth and delicious. Will be back to try more .

We've dined at WBSLSC previously (perhaps three months ago) and the food was pretty good. You let yourselves down badly as our experience on the 18th of November was pretty sorrow ful. I had average fish, very poorly battered and soggy, the salad was as limp as (and I'd rather not do the comparison), but the chips were passable! We'd brought international guests along, from Northern Ireland, and they were generous enough to suggest that they enjoyed their meal. Our local friends together with my lovely wife, were embarassed by the food. The service was good though. Portia was still there from last time and just as efficent behind the counter, and the Lass that served us, and she didn't have a name tag, was really lovely. Cared about what she was doing and the people she served. If you want us back though, improve the food. Try emulating the quality of food served at the Warradale Hotel. Beautiful location and ambience. Food was excellent. Had to order at the counter, which is fine. We wanted wine with our order and the young order taker was unable to take the order due to her age. We had to wait for a senior staff member to be available to take our order.
