Food and atmosphere is really good, decoration is very English, I do love it. Brought lots friends here. Recommend!

Four of us met for lunch here and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, sea bass with lentils; beetroot and Goats cheese risotto; duck with lentils followed by a substantial cheeseboard; delicious Biscoff cheesecake. The service was excellent and friendly. Comfortable surrounds. Will be returning in a couple of weeks!

Must try this place out to eat, food and service always top notch

Not very busy but service was good, food was timely and well presented, staff were very helpful. A good experience.

The website seems to be out of date, it suggests fine dining with seasonal produce but upon arrival we were met with the ‘all day’ menu which, whilst very nice, wasn’t the reason we booked this hotel. The food was very nice but ‘pub grub’ with one or two exceptions. Two choices of dessert, crumble or sticky toffee pudding. Expected a dining experience as the website mentions duck, blue cheese soufflé etc but sadly it didn’t deliver what we thought we had booked.
