The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant offers an upscale, intimate dining experience in the heart of historical Manitou Springs where guests enjoy a 4-course fondue dinner, along with wine, beer and cocktails in a uniquely decorated and arranged space. Our signature 4-course dinner includes:
1st - Choice of seasonal, garden or Caesar salad
2nd - Cheese fondue served with artisanal bread and fresh fruits and vegetables
3rd - Choice of entree platters including seafood, wild game, vegetarian or traditional prepared on a table-top Raclette grill
4th - Choice of chocolate dessert fondue with options of flavored liqueur, flaming turtle, cookies and cream, salted caramel and more

Wonderful dining experience at the Mona Lisa!! Our waitress took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and unique! Our favorite place to celebrate special occasions!!!!

An amazing meal with extraordinary service. From the time we walked in to the minute we left the entire staff was courteous and amazing. The food and drinks were incredible. 100% recommended for a nice date.

Fun little date idea to have with your special someone, A little pricey but a fun and cute experience to have, wine selection well recommended. Service was awesome and loved the atmosphere

Perfect Valentines date and we are looking forward to coming back so we can try more! The interior is so unique with many little sitting nooks and feels like you’re on a cozy European patio. They make a delicious Lemon Drop and he enjoyed the New York Sour. The White Wine Brie Fondue was lovely, especially with the ASTOUNDING Olive Bread. I will come back for this alone! There was non-olive bread for the olive haters as well as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, apples, and grapes. The fondue was switched out for a grill for the mains- he enjoyed the Surf & Turf, especially the turf, and my Vegetarian Entree included polenta, hearts of palm, baby corn, asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, squash, vegan andouille sausage, and more. The roasted baby potatoes and mini mozzarella fondue with each entree were also nice, and there were 6 dipping sauces to try. We got a Dark Chocolate Baileys Fondue to-go which came with cheesecake, brownie, pound cake, iced blueberry loaf, graham cracker, pretzel, pineapple, banana, strawberry, and apple. But the best part of the night was when our very attentive server came with a rose for me and the check for he. Thank you, Mona Lisa, we will be back!

Excellent meal as always. Our server was one the best we’ve had, very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name, forgive me. Ambiance was very good and wasn’t too noisy. A favorite place for my wife and I to go for anniversaries and birthdays.

Great food, knowledgeable and timely service, wonderful ambiance- I highly recommend Mina Lisa for any occasion. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable.

Jasmine, who was both the host and our server, was an absolute rockstar!! It was a quiet night in the restaurant, so the ambience was very pleasant. Jasmine was very warm and friendly, also very helpful when it was time to choose a wine to compliment our dinner. We have been to Mona Lisa several times and have always been satisfied with our sevice, but she took it to the next level. Rarely do we leave a restaurant feeling like we made a new friedn, but this time we definitely did. Her knowledge of the menu and the winie list was excellent. She was a large factor in this being one of the best dining experience we have ever had. Jasmine is most definitely a true asset to Mona Lisa!! We will surely be back again.

We have been coming to Mona Lisa for nearly ten years to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays and other big life moments. This was possibly the best meal we have had at the restaurant to date largely in part to our outstanding waiter, Jason. He was efficient and provided wonderful history of the restaurant and of the food and wine. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It is absolutely wonderful and we always look forward to going.
