    I had an uncomfortable experience while I was on a date with my significant other. We walk in and sat down and after we ordered our drink the hostess that let us in came to our table and asked my partner to remove his hat. I understand if they have a hat policy she should've let us know before she sat us down. My partner became uncomfortable because she had the manager go up to us and asked him to remove his hat due to this so called policy. When my partner looked around there was at least three other caucasian individuals wearing hats and no one said anything to them until my partner pointed it out. We don't mind complying with the rules of any establishment however they should be applied to everyone not just certain people.

    Made reservations for 7pm and asked fort the main DR. Arrived at 6:45 told yo wait at the bar snd we’d be called when table is ready. Waited until 7:20 and asked if our table was ready. Got a snarky answer that we had been called . We were not . Finally seated upstairs on a corner and waited another 15 min for our server . Drinks in another 10 . After another 20 minutes soup and salad, Another 20 min came our meal . Server acted bothered when we politely asked for water and was genuinely inattentive and seem bothered with us 3. Food was very mediocre and pedestrian . Lots of carbs ! Tons of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and spaghetti and meatballs? Very little Turkey ! Plenty of ham🤮. Never asked any of us if we wanted coffee ? Couldn’t wait to leave . Overall a very unpleasant and disappointing experience . What happened to you Melt ?

    This was our third year there for Thanksgiving and by far the worst year. First off, the hostess was unpleasant. Also, I made a reservation for the first floor near the fire place but we were sat upstairs instead. We didn’t get any bread but saw everyone else around us had it. We had to ask. Portions were a lot smaller than previous years. We realized at the end of the meal that we weren’t served the full menu of items. We didn’t get the string beans or the cranberry sauce and had to mention something to waitress and I’m guessing the manager. All they offered for our trouble was to take home extra mashed potatoes and stuffing. Was not handled right. This may have been our last year there. Very disappointing!!

    We had Thanksgiving reservations at 5:30pm as we frequent Melt for their family-style dinner at Easter and Thankgiving. The restaurant was full yet we were seated promptly. The service from hosts to bussing people was very good. Our waiter provided outstanding service. He was friendly and visited our table often. The food was just a notch below last years's fare. The reason, too much salt especially the turkey and ham both with gravy which should have been on the side. On the flip side, the stuffing with sausage was the best I ever had. The delicious spagetti and meatballs was a nice touch especially for kids. The desserts were good so save room.

    First time here. Loved the Family Style Thanksgiving Dinner. Loved the food choices in that there was variety. Everything delicious. Flavorful. Food was hot. Plates were hot. Definitely would do this again. Place was packed.

    My wife and I had a reservation for dinner on Thanksgiving. The meal was delicious. The service was excellent also. Always use Open Table to make a reservation. I originally called the restaurant directly to make the reservation and they told me they were totally booked up for the evening. I used my Open Table app account and I was able to make the reservation that I wanted with no problem . They were Not Totally booked!

    Food was great but the family style service does not work. Too may plates and bowels had to remove bread plates and water glasses to fit on table. Serve main entrees plated.

    Our family of 10 had Thanksgiving dinner at Melt. This was our first time at Melt and we were impressed that they worked to enhance the atmosphere to aid family conversation. They turned down the music and they have drapes and other things to absorb the sound so that we could hear each other. Also, the tables were spaced so that you weren't right on top of other people. The managers checked in with us twice to be sure everything was ok. The service was excellent, and the food was good. We didn't feel rushed, and the entire family agreed that we should do this again at Melt. This was a memorable experience that enhanced our family closeness.
