   We had the most wonderful experience spending an evening with old friends and new friends at Masselow’s! Our food was absolutely incredible! The service was top notch!! Special call out to Corbin and to Ashley!! You made our stay very special!! We highly recommend the bar service as well as the dining experience!! Well done Masselow’s!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏👏👏❤️

   First time eating here. The atmosphere was amazing, not loud in the restaurant at all. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Best steak i ever had.

   Drinks were amazing. Food was absolutely horrible. The appetizer was the steak bites. It was fries with steak bites on top and Gorgonzola sauce. The fries appeared to be out of a bag. The 6 little steak bites on top were burnt the sauce was good but everything was cold. We had hopes that the main course would be better. Wife had the lamb to was over cooked and dry, but at least it wasn’t cold. I had the swordsfish. I was excited since we just caught one in Costa Rica a few weeks ago that was catch and release. I was so disappointed. The fish was so overcooked, rubbery and was served cold. When I say cold I mean it had to be off the grill for over 10 minutes. We don’t usually complain ever, but when you’re dealing with a tip tear restaurant things need to be held to a higher standard. The service was amazing our waitress sent the manager over and he too was amazing. He asked if we would like to try something different. We weren’t sure since this was our anniversary dinner, but decided to try the Rib Eye steak. Thinking this was a steak house so they should be able to cook that correctly. Ordered the steak medium. It came out between rare and medium rare. The flavor was good but to rare. We ate a little but left the rest did not take home. Again the Manager and service was excellent. And they did a comp on the meal. So we tipped them good.

   Service was nothing the best . Service charge was awkward when we had to ask. Used to a gratuity plus tip . We had a 450 bill . Let me choose my tip. Not service charge

   My wife and I had a reservation for 7:30 pm. We arrived 10 minutes early, had a comfortable wait and were promptly seated in our booth. We were attended to promptly with bottled water and menus. Menu choice was excellent. My wife and I both selected their medium priced New York steaks which came with a potato dish as well as vegetables and bread. The waiter and waitress were superb. The bread came out before the meal. I ordered the soup Dajour, Bison chili. It was excellent. Time from order to meal was just right. The meal was well served and excellent. We highly recommend Masselows.
