Versteckt, aber sehr lecker. Von außen gibt es keinen Hinweis auf das Restaurant. Man gelangt lediglich von der Lobby durch eine Tür in das Restaurant, welches quasi in einem Hausgang/Treppenhaus befindet, jedoch schön eingerichtet ist. Der Service und das essen war hervorragend. Absolute Empfehlung 👍

Das Restaurant Juvia bietet Ihnen auf einer Fläche von 930 m² einen Innen- und einen Außenbereich auf der Penthouse-Etage des vom Architekturbüro Herzog & de Meuron gestalteten Parkhauses in der Straße Lincoln Road 1111. Der Speisebereich des Restaurants Juvia, das im Besitz von Jonas und Alexandra Millan aus Bonito St. Barth ist und von ihnen auch betrieben wird, umfasst einen vertikal angeordneten Garten, der vom international gepriesenen Botaniker Patrick Blanc gestaltet wurde. Der Garten spiegelt die Üppigkeit des Amazonischen Regenwalds wieder. Die Köche sind: Laurent Cantineaux, der bei Daniel Boulud gelernt hat, Sunny Oh, dessen frühere Wirkungsstätte das Nobu South Beach war, und Pastakoch Gregory Gourreau, der mit Alain Ducasse und Francois Payard zusammenarbeitete. Das Trio serviert Ihnen eine harmonische Mischung aus den regionalen Küchen Asiens, den lebendigen Aromen Südamerikas und der klassischen französischen Kochkunst, die sich in Speisen wie Ceviche, Tiradito, frischem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten sowie hochwertigen Fleischspeisen darbietet.

Das Ambiente ist top- das Essen leider nicht- ceviche nicht annähernd so gut wie im cVC105- Tuna seared enttäuschend- Chicken kein Vergleich zum Yardbird etc. Kellner brachte den Aperitif zum Hauptgang- dauerte so lang! Salz kam gar nicht - Etc. Schade. Trotzdem wegen der Aussicht ein Erlebnis
