For over a century, MICHELIN has been the food world’s north star (pun intended) to the world’s best restaurants. The scope of the Guide now offers a wider lens than ever before—with a new constellation of cities and restaurants added to its recs, we think it makes for some pretty appetizing stargazing. Without further ado, here are the 2023 Star and Bib Gourmands selections in Toronto.

Quetzal is located at the corner of College & Bathurst, at the edges of four Toronto hotspot neighbourhoods: Little Italy, Kensington Market, Harbord Village, and the Annex.
