I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and attended a French school. On leaving school I studied Architecture before moving to London in 2016. I have always been interested in cooking and my passion for French food felt compromised after becoming vegan. I found there was a lack of imagination in French vegan cooking due to its notoriously non-vegan recipes and so I began developing my own dishes.
