So when the opportunity to open Pizzeria & Trattoria Da Lino presented itself, he jumped at the chance to create authentic wood oven pizza from the freshest ingredients available. In addition, Lino's son Alexander, Zymurist, offers handcrafted small-batch brews at the new Chili Line Brewing Co., specializing in smoked beers.

One block from the Santa Fe Plaza on Guadalupe Street offers a full menu of pasta, salads, gelato, extensive wine, and beer produced on-site. Gluten-free and vegan options are available.
