When it opened in 1976, Irregardless Café became the first sustainable restaurant in Raleigh, and remains one of the longest-running and most popular in the city. The restaurant’s comprehensive sustainability program encompasses thermal water heating, water conservation, recycling, energy efficiency and sourcing organic produce through its own community garden as well as local farmers.

Es gab phantastische Livemusik mit einer sehr talentierten Sängerin. Wir ließen uns etwas empfehlen und waren begeistert. Wir hatten Oktopus und Blue Marlin. Beides war geschmacklich einzigartig. Der rohe Marlin war hervorragend.
