Calgary is home to some of the top restaurants in Canada. There are several traditional restaurants that have been part of its food scene for decades. These restaurants have a faithful following and serve recipes that have stood the test of time. Known as Stampede City or Cowtown, this city has its share of steakhouses and burger joints. Some are traditional while others have a more modern take on the world of beef. In Calgary, chic restaurants including sushi bars, cocktail lounges and stylish cafes are popping up all around Canada's Rocky Mountains. Many of the newer restaurants offer special menus for vegetarians or gluten-free diners. The farm-to-table dining experience which focuses on the use of local produce in the recipes is another popular trend with Calgary's newest dining establishments. Diners can enjoy a comfortable dining experience at A1 Bodega and Cafe. Its dining room has tall ceilings, lots of natural light, brick wall accents, and leather booth seats. Additional seating is available on the cafe's patio. The garage door lifts to provide access to this stylish space. This cafe opened in 2020.

Book a reservation to come in to create a DIY project and enjoy a unique experience. We have an unlimited number of projects for you to choose from, and samples on site to get your creativity flowing. We have wood based projects, painting projects, string art, DIY doormats and more! If you know what craft you'd like to do, please leave it in the notes section.
