            My boyfriend and I went to Lemaire for his birthday and the staff was incredibly detail oriented. They brought us custom menus that said Happy Birthday on them and the chef played my boyfriends cheesecake in such a celebratory way, writing happy birthday on the edge of the plate in chocolate. The food was delicious and our server Sean was a gem! We are already talking about going back!

            The Jefferson Hotel was so beautiful as was the restaurant. We had a drink and snack at the bar before being seated. The food was delicious! Once seated, our service was not very good. We barely saw our server throughout most of our meal. We wanted to order some coffee but it was so long before we saw her again that we decided not to bother. It would have been an amazing night had the service been better.

            Best fine dining meal we have had by far in years! Every bite was delicious. Cesar salad, filet, Mac/cheese, broccolini, cheesecake, and chocolate cake. All amazing!!

            Our dinner celebrating my wife's 55th birthday was exceptional. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable, acknowledging her birthday upon arrival and presenting her with personalized menus and a beautiful birthday dessert. The food was delicious, the table location was ideal, and the service was impeccable. The elegant hotel setting and excellent wine selection made the evening truly special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience!

            Beautiful old hotel. Did was perfectly prepared ad of Teheran finest quality.. our server, Shawn, was outstanding! Personable, knowledgeable about all dishes, always there at just the right time! What a gem of a selection for a special dinner!

            Wonderful experience - the food was incredible and the ambience takes you back in time. The highlight of our anniversary dinner was our server, Sean (Shawn, Shaun - sorry if I misspelled!). He is so friendly, attentive and kind - a true gem. Thank you!

            Have eaten at Lemaire at The Jefferson Hotel many times. Always the best and one of the highlights of our trips to Richmond!

            Amazing staff & fabulous food! Generous portions & excellent hospitality! Lemaire is a wonderful place for dinner! The short rib appetizer & Caesar salad was beyond our expectation. The shrimp cocktail is always perfect! I don’t think Lemaire does anything below the absolute best. The barnyard burger and the beef tenderloin are so delicious! I could go on and on! Lemaire is the place to go if you want the best of the best!
