It is the 1950s and in the beating heart of the island of Ischia, the port, Grandpa Antonino Fedele’s workshop is born, a place where technique becomes beauty and ingenuity becomes wonder. Our mission is to preserve those same characteristics and, seventy years later, transform them into a sensory experience, which is why we like to call ourselves the mechanics of taste.
