I had an exceptional dining experience at this sushi omakase restaurant. The attention to detail, both in the presentation and the flavors, was truly remarkable. Each piece of sushi was prepared with the utmost care, showcasing the chef’s incredible skill and dedication to the craft. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the pairing of flavors was both innovative and harmonious. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening even more enjoyable. It was very popular for a Monday, but I definitely enjoyed the ambience and the food was delicious, we had the dip sampler, the chicken and the short rib; everything was cooked and seasoned well! I’ve also been here for ladies night on Thursday and they have a good happy hour menu and a live DJ, had a great time!

We really enjoyed the family dinner at the night. Food and Service is exceptional.

Cho Dang House does not offer “Korean BBQ.” Instead, it focuses on stews and soups that feature meat or fish as part of the dish rather than the main attraction. It felt like I was at somebody’s mother's house, where meals are made using the same ingredients that mothers have used and perfected as a dish over years of cooking for their families, seasoned beautifully, and with a lot of love. You can tell by the people eating that this was their go-to spot. The restaurant's intimate setting (read small) is calm and relaxed. My colleague and I had a wonderful experience.
