Trani’s Dockside, is a new waterside restaurant launched by one of the port town’s best known restaurant families. The restaurant was able to hold a soft grand opening on May 16, the 98th anniversary of the opening of the original Trani’s Majestic Cafe that opened in 1925 in downtown San Pedro.

For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country.     This is one of our go to restaurants. I stepped out of my comfort zone and had lasagna instead of chicken Parmesan. It was delicious. The bread is always so good. We always start with a salad. Restaurant is always so good with changes. We even bought gift cards while we were there because we know we’ll return And other people should experience too.  we had a new server tonight, Brooke. She was wonderful.

    The pork belly is a reliable favorite amongst our family. We tried the calamari that was grilled prior to breading and it was fantastic. Great recommendation by our server. Always great.

    Easy parking, nice view of habor, excellent food! Made reservations for outdoor patio but it was really sunny hot on Saturday. We opt for a table inside next to window with view of the harbor. The bread sticks were fresh and soft. Must request breadsticks otherwise they don't serve it. Clam chowder, great. Crab cake with salad delicious. Stuff sole with veggies & rice, excellent, Captain Platter, nicely grilled! They have a bar but we decided not to have a drink but maybe next time! We plan to go again! Excellent service.
