Bevor Dr. Bob Jankelson, der Besitzer des Sorrento’s Ristorante der Tsillan Cellars, sein Interesse am Wein entdeckte, nahm ihn die Küche Italiens gefangen. Excellent ! I had the wild caught Alaska Salmon! It was a big portion served with baby potatoes ,broccoli and The best surprise, parsnips ! It was an excellent meal! The service was five star . The view upstairs was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t have asked for a better Experience.

The food was incredible! The mushrooms appetizer was so good and the crabcakes the best I’ve had. The lasagna had a smokey flavor and the salmon was fresh and very nicely cooked. The igloo experience is well worth it. Would highly recommend!!

We have been guests twice. Each month features a different themed menu. Velveteen is a dining experience--just not a place to eat! No way could I have the vision or experience to try and recreate any of the courses we've enjoyed!
