A simple table where the "dish" is the protagonist, a very attentive and warm service and a wine chart- about one hundred labels- accurately selected among the excellence of the Piedmont and some "treats" from everywhere. However, launching one’s business also requires a lot of courage, and inspiration for this was found in "Amélie", a French bulldog died at thirteen overflowing with willpower and grit.     Attentive staff and a warm welcome sets the mood. Amazing food, from pizza to seafood and, particularly, the sauce in my ragu was so deep I need to emulate it at home asap!

    Un’esperienza unica, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, piatti buonissimi e ricercati, era da tanti anni che non mangiavamo così bene, complimenti allo chef, bravissimo ma soprattutto gentile (si è presentato di persona al nostro tavolo e ci ha offerto un piatto molto buono, capesante e caviale), complimenti anche allo staff in particolare al barman che ci ha offerto un percorso di cocktails buonissimi e ricercati, in abbinamento perfetto ai piatti, in più anche lui bravissimo e simpatico, complimenti a tutti!
