First visit to Fogao Gaucho and it was great. The salad bar, hot bar, meats, drinks, and dessert was all very good. I like the variety of salads and fruit combined with the meat and hot breads made for a delightful evening of food and fun. The only suggestion to management would be to have a description of the dishes on the salad bar. There were many dishes people were asking about and and trying to figure out what was in it.

Great standard menu and very exciting South American temporary menu. The self service wine dispensers are easy to use and lets you play around with trying many wines.

Bartender Nathan was very welcoming, incredibly friendly, and professional. I had an NA cocktail (Rose Red Slippers), a butterhorn, a cup of the bisque, and the jalapeño arancini. Everything was delicious and served at a great temperature. I enjoyed my meal and would happily return.

Our meals were very good and the service was awesome! I thought the prices were great! Thank you for the nice Christmas experience!
